Tomahawk Hats

Tanned hide, branded with a hot iron, cut at the bench

Hats, leather goods and apparel accessories, plus wholesale supply, from Osvaldo Cruz in the state of São Paulo.

Tomahawk Hats is a small factory set up in the Jundi industrial district. Work starts with a raw hide and ends with a finished piece carrying the house mark, pressed in while the iron is hot. This page explains what leaves the bench, how a commission moves from first message to delivery, and how to reach us.

Shop owners, resellers and anyone after a custom leather item can write through the form near the bottom.

What the workshop turns out

Four lines of work, taken straight from the activities filed under the company's Brazilian tax registration. There is no fixed catalogue: every batch starts from what the buyer asks for.

Brims, crowns, bands and other tanned leather parts, cut and assembled inside the factory.

From hide to finished piece

How a commission travels across the bench, step by step.

  1. I

    Talking it through

You describe the item, how many you need and what it is for. We reply with questions rather than a canned quote.

  2. II

    Picking the hide

Thickness, colour and finish are agreed before the first cut is made.

  3. III

    Cutting and shaping

Parts are cut, formed and joined, one at a time or as a full batch.

  4. IV

    The iron, then the box

The agreed mark is pressed in hot. Packing and shipping follow whatever was settled with you.

Who the bench works for

Most orders come from businesses. Even so, each one opens the same way: understand the piece first, talk quantities later.

Lead times and prices depend on the order and are only agreed in writing, once the conversation has happened.

The company behind the mark

The details on the tag come from the CNPJ registration certificate issued by Brazil's federal revenue service. They sit here so a buyer can confirm whose bench a bulk order lands on.

The company was formed in October 2024 as a limited liability company and operates as a head office, with no branches on this record.

Commercial conversations go through the house email. The phone number on the registration also answers, on terms agreed with each customer.
